SATS Results

At Sir John Moore C.E. Primary School, we are proud of our pupils' achievements, including their progress in core academic areas. Our commitment lies in providing a rich and balanced curriculum that nurtures each child's individual talents and abilities.

 

SATS in 2024

In July 2024, our pupils achieved the following outcomes in the end of year statuatory assessments.

75.9% attained Reading at the expected standard

75.2% attained Mathematics at the expected standard

71.1% were writing at the expected standard

Overall, 61.4% of our children attained the combined age related standard in reading, writing and mathematics.

There were 6.4% of children who achieved the higher standard in reading, writing and mathematics combined.

There were 18% of children who achieved the higher standard in reading, Grammar punctuation and Spelling, and Maths from SATS tests.

SATS In 2023

75.5% attained Reading at the expected standard

75.6% attained Mathematics at the expected standard

73.7% were writing at the expected standard (this was moderated externally)

Overall, 62.1% of our children attained the combined age related standard in reading, writing and mathematics.

There were 7.6% of pupils who attained the higher standard in reading, writing and mathematics.
